abel-IT uses these details only to reply to your inquiry and quote for the work. They are never sold or shared for marketing. How your information is handled

Privacy

abel-IT respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What is collected

When you send an inquiry, WhatsApp message or email, abel-IT receives your name, your email address or phone number, and the details you choose to share about your request.

Why

Only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and do and support any work you agree to. Giving your details is voluntary, but without contact details abel-IT cannot reply.

Who else sees it

Nobody, except the services used to receive messages: Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp. Their servers may be outside South Africa, and they are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. Your information is never sold or used for advertising.

How long it is kept

Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements.

Your rights
